The Competence Center for Diversity, Disability & Inclusion (CCDI) is an interdisciplinary research team with a clear commitment to scientific quality and societal impact. We develop well-founded insights for research and practice and work on current issues around leadership, health, as well as disability, diversity & inclusion.

Our projects operate at the interface of science and practice and are characterised by methodological rigour, innovative spirit, and high relevance. In doing so, we combine scientific curiosity with an open, collegial team culture and the conviction that the best solutions arise from trusting collaboration.

• Research and preparation of current developments and scientific findings in the areas of leadership, health, organisational psychology, as well as diversity & inclusion
• Collaboration on research and consulting projects from data collection to presentation of results
• Support in the development of studies, workshops, and practical formats
• Preparation of research results for different target groups (science, business, public)
• Participation in the creation of study reports, whitepapers, and publications

• Advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s studies at the University of St.Gallen
• Enthusiasm for current challenges in the world of work
• Strong skills in research, analysis, and target-group appropriate communication
• Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Initial experience with data analysis (e.g. in R or Python)
• Experience in using AI tools to support research, analysis, or writing processes
• Very good German and English skills
• High initiative, structured working style, and enjoyment in taking responsibility
• Time flexibility and regular availability during the semester
