For our school island in the Kalktarren school building, we are looking for a social pedagogical professional who provides support to young people, offers orientation, and helps the team to get back to learning together.

Your main tasks
- A school island in development – lots of creative freedom, short paths, real impact
- Relationship work with young people who need a break from everyday class life to regain stability and focus
- Close cooperation with school management, SSA, SHP, and a humorous, open team
Your profile
- Degree in social pedagogy or social work (FH/HFS)
- Enjoy working with young people and the ability to provide them with support, structure, and warmth
- Flexibility, humor, clarity – and enthusiasm to actively help shape a new structure
- Appreciation and understanding for our diverse, multicultural student body
