About the job
- After thorough training, you will take over the reception duties, be the first point of contact for our patients, and assist with calls and appointment scheduling.
- In your daily work, you will manage medical records, maintain patient data, process medical correspondence, and clarify concerns with the treating staff.
- You will help organize and carry out events, take care of the procurement of therapy and office supplies, and support the team with infrastructural tasks.
- In the secretariat, you will work closely with our treating staff and actively shape the processes at the location.
- You have a strong interest in healthcare and the associated commercial tasks.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people characterize you.
- You like to take responsibility and appreciate teamwork.

- The internship duration is twelve months.
