About the job
Your Challenge
- Operational procurement of merchandise, production-related materials as well as components and services – with a focus on glass and solar technology
- Hub function between PPS, Quality, Product Management, Sales, After Sales and Logistics
- Ensuring optimal inventory management
- Creating framework agreements
- Creating subcontracting orders and purchase orders
- Process optimization and process definition in the area of disposition and logistics according to LEAN principles
- Checking and accounting of supplier invoices
- Maintaining international supplier relationships, especially in Europe and Asia, in close cooperation with strategic purchasing
- Assisting in the organization and handling of export shipping of our solar systems
- Supporting the further development of our purchasing strategy
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial basic training, preferably with further training as a technical buyer, certified purchasing specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operational purchasing and disposition, ideally in the glass industry or solar sector
- Confident German and very good English skills
- Proficient in handling ERP systems and MS Office
- Communicative, solution-oriented and resilient personality with entrepreneurial thinking
