What is my role?

• Independent management of building construction projects from construction scheduling and work preparation through execution to measurement, billing and warranty acceptance

• Responsible for compliance with quality and deadlines

• Responsible for cost planning, cost control and construction billing

• Guidance of employees, team deployment planning and staff management

• Implementation of occupational safety measures

• Further development of digitalisation if interested

What do I need to be successful?

• Honest, proactive and resilient personality

• Team player with a structured way of working

• Completed further training as a certified construction manager or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience as a construction manager

• Experienced IT skills

• Confident use of SORBA construction administration

• Familiar with Swiss construction practice and legislation
