The onboarding is professionally supported. Permanent employment or variable participation are possible.

Your tasks:

• Independent care of a broad spectrum of general practice patients
• Continuity and long-term relationship building with patients in the region
• Collaboration with a consistent MPA team on site as well as interprofessional exchange within the network
• Participation in internal training and quality formats

Your skills:

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine or Practical Doctor (with MEBEKO recognition or in preparation)
• Enjoyment of independent, high-quality work in a stable environment
• Openness to modern tools, digital documentation, and efficient practice processes
• Interest in a long-term position - ideally over several years
