Your responsibilities
- Master the execution of analyses in chemistry, hematology, and immuno-hematology
- Know the compliance criteria for samples related to the range of medical analyses in chemistry, hematology, and immunology
- Know how to use medical analysis management software
- Perform pre-analytical and centrifugation of analyses
- Follow quality system procedures
- Excellent oral expression in French and good written expression
Required skills
- Experience in a medical analysis laboratory
- Excellent customer service sense and listening skills
- Active priority management, proactive attitude
- Rigor, care, and professionalism
- Autonomy and initiative, speed of execution
- Enjoy working in a team
- Participation in on-call rotation and irregular hours
- Diploma as a Biomedical Analysis Technician ES or equivalent
- Experience in hematology desired
