Machine Operator in Shift Work 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You operate and monitor modern production machines in shift work and ensure a smooth manufacturing process. You set up the machines, carry out quality checks, and independently resolve minor malfunctions. Additionally, you document production data and work closely with your colleagues in the team.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training or professional experience as a machine operator, machine and plant operator, or comparable qualification

• Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and possibly night shifts)

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Reliability and sense of responsibility

• Teamwork skills and independent working style

• Good German language skills
