In this key position, you take overall responsibility for integral facility and hospitality services for demanding top clients. Together with your leadership team, you ensure excellent service quality, smooth processes, and sustainable customer relationships in a demanding environment.
Your main tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the operational and financial management of all hospitality and facility services
- Ensuring an outstanding guest and customer experience across all service touchpoints
- Active development, maintenance, and further development of long-term customer relationships at the management level
- Advising demanding customers on operational and tactical issues with a focus on service excellence and continuous optimization
- Leading and developing a team of around 60 employees with a focus on service culture, hospitality, and professionalism
- Optimizing processes and workflows to ensure a consistently high level of hospitality
- Responsibility for budgeting, controlling, reporting, as well as professional contract and supplier management
- Managing sales activities and actively supporting the implementation of new customers and services
- Coordinating additional orders and special services for demanding customer needs
Your profile:
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in hospitality, facility management, or a high-quality service environment
- Strong strategic service and customer orientation as well as experience dealing with demanding key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels
- High leadership competence, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Structured, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented working style as well as strong organizational and conceptual thinking
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Digital affinity and confident handling of modern tools
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Impeccable reputation (mandatory)
