Service Advisor (m/f/d), 100%
As a service advisor, you are the business card of our company. Are you a proactive doer personality with the necessary dose of empathy that our customers can rely on? Would you like to learn more about this exciting role?
Your task:
You are responsible for order acceptance and entry, creating quotes, and scheduling appointments with our customers. Workshop and maintenance planning are also part of your responsibilities. You competently advise our customers and offer them needs-oriented service and maintenance solutions. As an experienced professional, you receive customer concerns and independently develop appropriate solution proposals. Thanks to your professional experience in the industry, you navigate skillfully through the common key figures, keep the overall company goal in mind, and find adequate approaches to challenges.

• Local language proficiency in spoken and written form is a must
