tasks

• you work on project and execution planning of residential buildings in the areas of single-family and multi-family houses, commercial buildings as well as conversions
• in addition, you handle the general construction administration and support the site managers with the tendering process
• depending on interest, you can also work on planning complete residential developments and possibly even take on the local site management (this is not a requirement)
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 50 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a draughtswoman architecture / draughtsman architecture or building draughtswoman / building draughtsman with good CAD experience
• whether young or older, all are warmly welcome
