Your tasks
- Supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs according to their needs in all basic services - by phone and digitally
- Structured potential identification and exploitation or targeted referral to the appropriate consulting team
- Providing a service quality that delights customers
- Identifying and documenting transactions related to anti-money laundering
- Creating and reviewing customer profiles (KYC)
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes to increase customer satisfaction
Your profile
- Bank apprenticeship or equivalent education
- Advanced completed education (HF or FH) or currently in training
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector
- Enthusiasm for telephone and digital customer contact as well as for SME clients
- Experience in compliance and/or anti-money laundering is a plus
- High customer orientation and a very communicative manner characterize you
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
