At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, resident and palliative care-oriented nursing and support are at the center. tilia operates stationary long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological, and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

Your Task
- Contact person for interested parties, relatives, institutions, and internal staff regarding the tilia service offerings
- Visits, information, costs, admission planning, bed allocation, resident administration
- Telephone and personal consultation at all tilia locations
- Willingness for PR activities and projects
Our Requirements
- Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent
- Fluent German language skills, knowledge of French as a foreign language
- Communicative, independent, flexible, and resilient personality with a high service orientation and organizational talent
- Interest and joy in the long-term care sector
- Knowledge and professional experience in social insurance
- Support in adult protection legal clarifications
- Administrative flair and business orientation
- Enjoyment of teamwork
