Medical Practice Assistant

Uroviva represents a modernly managed medical network and includes a specialised clinic for urology, eleven urological practices as well as an andrology centre. With around 70,000 consultations annually in primary, specialised and emergency care and over 5,000 operations of all degrees of severity, Uroviva is a significant provider of urological services in Switzerland.

For our practice in Baar (Canton Zug) we are looking for a dedicated person immediately or by arrangement

Medical Practice Assistant 100%

• Planning, organisation and preparation of consultations
• Care of patients during examinations
• Independent performance of blood sampling, urine analyses and injections
• Preparation of urological examinations and assistance during examinations and minor procedures (cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy etc.)
• Independent performance of bladder instillations and catheter changes
• Professional, hygienic and impeccable care of the examination rooms
• Reception and office duties such as appointment scheduling, patient registration, answering the phone, writing reports etc.
• Management of consumables

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ or health specialist EFZ
• Professional experience as an MPA
• Friendly, reliable and competent personality characterised by high resilience and great motivation
• Enjoyment of frequent patient contact
• Neat appearance
• Good MS Office user skills
• Experience with the Vitodata operating system is an advantage (not mandatory)
