- Ensure excellence of the reception service
- Reception administration and support to other services
- Telephone reception for our clients and partners
- Management of the site’s mail and emails
- Maintenance and follow-up of files (clients / employees) up to archiving
- General administrative work supporting site management (HR / finance / invoicing / material ordering / etc.)
- Communication with our headquarters for site support
Your profile
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Mastery of the French language / good knowledge of German or bilingual
- Comfortable with common IT tools
- Organized, available and flexible
- Good communication skills and empathy
- Team spirit
- Initiative-taking – solution-oriented
