About the job
What you can achieve
- Planning, coordination, execution and documentation of clinical studies in the field of thoracic surgery according to GCP guidelines
- Organisation and conduct of study-specific examinations and visits as well as care of study participants pre-, peri- and postoperatively
- Central contact person for patients as well as for internal and external study partners
- Responsibility for the management of study-specific documents, databases and materials as well as support during monitorings, audits and inspections
- Collaboration in feasibility assessments, initiation of new studies as well as support of scientific projects and registry studies
What you bring with you
- University degree in a biomedical or health science field and/or professional experience in a medical environment (e.g. nursing, MPA or study nurse)
- Experience in clinical research or study coordination as well as knowledge of GCP guidelines
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
- Independent, structured and precise working style with a high level of organisation and quality orientation
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a university environment
