Site Manager / Site Manageress (Construction Foreman / Forewoman Building Construction)

Do you like to get stuck in yourself and still keep an overview? Whether experienced construction foreman, qualified construction forewoman or ambitious bricklayer with leadership talent: With us you take on responsibility as a site manager in building construction. You lead your team with foresight, organise the site confidently and also pick up the tools yourself when it counts. Exciting projects in new construction, conversion and renovation await you, a motivated team as well as a structured working environment where your expertise is in demand.
Here is what you will do
- Preparation of the construction site: providing plans, setting safety precautions and marking work areas
- Independent site management and supervision
- Task distribution as well as care and leadership of site personnel
- Economic deployment planning as well as organisation of materials, machines and equipment
- Execution of all master builder tasks in building construction (new construction, conversion and renovation): constructing brick and natural stone masonry, carrying out concrete and formwork work, installing steel bars, applying insulation and plastering, assembling prefabricated elements, excavating trenches, laying pipes and cables, demolition work as well as listed buildings
- Support in the training of our apprentices
- Ensuring timely, high-quality construction execution and enforcement of occupational safety measures
These are your skills and strengths
- A completed apprenticeship as a bricklayer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Further training to become a certified construction foreman and/or certified construction forewoman or on the way to it
- Organisational skills, independence and enjoyment of team leadership
- A responsible, team-oriented and resilient personality
- Driving licence category B, ideally also BE
