- You perform standardized administrative tasks in various areas of the University Hospital. The tasks vary depending on the area (e.g., secretariats, patient admissions).
- You are familiar with all office equipment, write letters based on templates, record patient data, and can operate the necessary programs.
- Thanks to your helpful and customer-oriented attitude, you are often deployed in patient and customer contact.
- You answer phones and create phone notes.
What you bring with you
- You have completed compulsory schooling with a good to very good grade (Level A or E). Level A: Grade 5 in the subjects Mathematics and German.
- You are interested in commercial work.
- You can complete tasks carefully and reliably, enjoy organizing, and are service-oriented.
- You can express yourself well in German, both orally and in writing.
- You enjoy working with people and like working in a team.
