Für unser Ambulantes Operationszentrum suchen wir per 1. Oktober 2025 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Leitung Ambulantes Operationszentrum.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung des im Jahr 2022 neu eröffneten Ambulanten Operationszentrums
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von neuen Standards und bei der Prozessoptimierung
- Sicherstellen der Kernprozesse unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitätsvorgaben
- Ergebnisorientierte interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen Stakeholdern
- Mitarbeit im operativen Kerngeschäft
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Expertin/e NDS HF in Anästhesiepflege oder Fachperson Operationstechnik HF
- Erfahrung im ambulanten Setting und OP-Management
- Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung und entsprechende Weiterbildung
- Fähigkeit Mitarbeitende zu motivieren sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
