architect, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for independently developing, planning and realising construction projects, from the study phase to execution
• in doing so, you take on the design and execution planning of projects in the areas of new construction, conversion and renovation
• you also ensure compliance with all building and legal regulations and support the execution team
• if suitable and interested, you can take on additional tasks in construction and/or project management
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have a degree as a certified architect and/or bring solid experience in these tasks
• you are also well acquainted with Swiss standards and building laws
• do you consider yourself versatile, communicative as well as creatively and professionally competent?
