What you will move
With dynamism and persuasiveness, you will work together with employees from nursing homes in Eastern Switzerland to improve working conditions. Your exciting tasks include addressing employees and translating their concerns into a collective movement to build union structures in the company and industry. In doing so, you support them in organizing themselves, effectively representing their own interests, and enforcing them in creative campaigns. This also includes recruiting members.
What you bring
- Completed vocational training
- Work experience in retail, gastronomy, or care is an advantage
- Category B driving license
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- At least one Eastern European language (Polish, Romanian, Serbo-Croatian, etc.); any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Identification with union goals
- Independent work, reliability, and flexibility
