Assembly Specialist Polymechanic/ Automatician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Assembly of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic components according to technical drawings and parts lists

• Independent assembly and electrical wiring of large-format Loadmaster loading systems according to customer specifications using parts lists, electrical diagrams and assembly plans

• Identification of necessary component adjustments and their professional, independent implementation

• Conducting training as well as commissioning including software and endurance tests

• System acceptance according to specified test protocol

• Preparation of systems for shipping including transport securing

• Loading of packaged systems onto low loaders

• If required, assembly and commissioning of systems directly at the customer’s site

• Function as a contact person for the development department and technical support

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed vocational training as an automatician, electrician, polymechanic, industrial mechanic, car or agricultural machinery mechanic

• Extensive professional experience in plant or machine assembly over several years

• Practical experience in wiring assemblies, hydraulic knowledge is an advantage

• Basic English skills for occasional training of international service technicians on the systems

• Precise and methodical approach with a high quality standard

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
