Brief & Concise

• Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
• Completed training as a hotel specialist or a comparable qualification in housekeeping
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in upscale hospitality
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
• Organised and economical working style
• Good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanour
• Very good English skills as the company language
• Additional German and/or French skills are highly desirable; any other language is a clear advantage
• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, demanding environment

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring exceptional service and embodying our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
• Contributing to a passionate and committed team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Responsibility for smooth operations in your area of expertise and adherence to the highest quality standards
• Responsible for the smooth running of the residences and hotel floors
• Ensuring a high housekeeping standard and first-class guest service
• Organising and supervising daily housekeeping operations and staff performance
• Training, coaching, and supporting new employees
• Proper use and control of cleaning agents and equipment
• Creating and monitoring duty and task schedules
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies (including uniforms, time tracking, SOPs)
• Regular inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house zones
• Handling and resolving guest complaints in the housekeeping area
• Coordinating maintenance work with the technical service
• Managing inventory, orders, and stocktaking
• Responsibility for lost & found and guest files
• Contributing to the creation and updating of the "HSK & Lingerie Bible"
• Role model for the team and support for the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in staff evaluations
• First aid training and knowledge of evacuation procedures
