We are looking for our medico-social establishments (EMS) and Temporary Reception Centers (CAT) in Morges and Aubonne:
7 ASE Apprentices - Socio-Educational Assistants (M/F)
Starting August 1, 2026.

- A training plan involving the discovery of 3 missions (geriatrics, advanced age psychiatry, and CAT) within at least 2 different sites, between Morges and Aubonne.

YOU HAVE
- A compulsory schooling completion certificate or you are about to complete your schooling.
- A well-defined professional project, thanks to an observation internship in EMS or CAT, which allowed you to confirm your choice.
- A real motivation to commit for 3 years to the social support of elderly people.
- Creativity and proven oral expression skills.
- A good adaptability allowing you to follow a training rotation involving passing through 3 training services during your apprenticeship.
- A very good level of French and computer knowledge (office tools).
- Dynamic and empathetic by nature, you demonstrate maturity and ease in teamwork as well as in exchanges.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Support residents and CAT beneficiaries (Temporary Reception Center) by offering them individual and collective activities.
- Contribute through activities to the well-being and autonomy of elderly people.
- Participate in organizing celebrations, parties, cultural and artistic events.
- Involve relatives and families of residents and beneficiaries in the social life of the EMS.
- Engage in the development and implementation of personalized support projects for the accompanied persons.
