You take charge of a strategic administrative scope, with a direct impact on the overall performance of Groupe E Entretec SA. The position offers a wide range of action: structuring, simplifying, and modernizing administration, managing billing and customer service, and supporting the digital transformation of processes. In a technical and results-oriented environment, you work closely with management and the Group's cross-functional departments. The role is aimed at a committed manager, both strategic and operational, capable of building, arbitrating, and acting concretely.

Mission:
- On a daily basis, you ensure overall responsibility for administrative, billing, disposal, and customer service activities, guaranteeing operational efficiency, service quality, and reliability of financial data.
- Manage all administrative processes, creditor and debtor billing, disposal, and administrative support, ensuring compliance, fluidity, and respect of deadlines.
- Manage, structure, and develop administrative and customer service teams: clear organization, prioritization, skills development, and management of tension situations.
- Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and lead corrective actions.
- Lead digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects, in close collaboration with Finance, HR, IT, and Logistics.
- Ensure the quality, coherence, and reliability of administrative and financial data in information systems.
- Act as a reference for internal and external clients, with clear, solution-oriented, and decision-focused communication.
- Actively contribute to establishing a high-performing, pragmatic, and sustainable administrative organization.
Profile:
Education & Experience
- Training in business management/administration (HEG, federal diploma, or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in administrative management, billing, or similar function.
- Strong interest in technical environments.
- Proven experience in team management and coordination of internal and external interfaces.
Technical Skills
- Very good command of Microsoft 365 suite.
- Good knowledge of D365 Business Central or a similar ERP is highly appreciated.
- Strong process orientation, data quality, and continuous improvement.
- Analytical skills, global vision, and ability to manage complex flows.
Personal and Managerial Skills
- "Hands-on" attitude: able to move from strategy to operational.
- Strong sense of framework, prioritization, and decision-making.

Languages
- French native speaker or excellent oral and written knowledge.
- German level B1 minimum required, ideally B2-C1.
