Job Description
What awaits you
- As a project manager, you are responsible for the entire planning process in the field of sanitary engineering.
- You lead your project team independently, autonomously and solution-oriented through all planning phases of a building construction project.
- Your main tasks include planning activities in the integral team, supported by Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- You represent ATP towards clients, authorities and executing companies.
- In addition, you work closely with all specialist departments (architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, construction management) as well as external specialist planners.
- You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal taking into account climate-neutral planning with the aim of a sustainable building.
Qualifications
What you bring
- You have completed technical training or a degree in building services engineering (FH, HF or professional certificate).
- Your career shows professional experience in building services planning and specialist site management in all service phases of medium to large projects.
- You enjoy leading a project team as well as actively supporting the training and promotion of young employees.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit.
- You inspire with your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
- Your confident appearance, your creative and independent way of working and teamwork as well as your analytical thinking distinguish you.
- You have good German language skills in spoken and written form (English skills are an advantage).
