These are your tasks
- You are responsible for implementing the nursing service mandate in the IMC at the main location and for the further development of nursing in collaboration with nursing experts.
- You ensure the continuous improvement of nursing quality and participate in the development of strategic concepts as well as in the strategic orientation of nursing. In addition, you work on innovative projects and actively accompany the transformation process.
- You lead, support, and advise the team leaders in their leadership tasks and individual development processes.
- You work closely with the medical management of the intensive care department as well as the IMC. In the absence of the nursing management, you represent them in IMC matters and actively participate in shift operations.

- You have a diploma as a registered nurse HF/FH as well as a postgraduate degree (NDS) in intensive care medicine (IPS) or further training in Intermediate Care (IMC).
- You have completed further training in management and leadership.
- You are a communicative personality who thinks networked and has pronounced didactic skills as well as joy in interdisciplinary collaboration and the development of innovations.
- You take on high personal responsibility and are ready for continuous personal and professional development.
