The Michel Group AG includes the psychiatric institution Private Clinic Meiringen, the Hasliberg Rehabilitation Clinic, the Helsenberg Foundation with residential homes and sheltered workplaces, as well as the Haslital Laundry and the Haslital Daycare Centre, along with service offerings in other areas. It employs around 800 staff members at the locations Willigen, Meiringen, Hasliberg, Ringgenberg, Interlaken, Thun and Bern.Controlling provides central services for all institutions of the Michel Group and is responsible for the classic controlling tasks in the individual institutions.<br><br>
Your tasks
<ul><li>Annual preparation of cost accounting according to REKOLE for the Private Clinic Meiringen and the Hasliberg Rehabilitation Clinic</li><li>Updating and further development of the cost accounting and performance recording system</li><li>Preparation of data deliveries for the Private Clinic Meiringen and the Hasliberg Rehabilitation Clinic such as SpiGes, ITAR_K as a negotiation basis for insurers etc.</li><li>Creation of reports for internal and external purposes</li><li>Further development of our reporting tools </li><li>Contact person for business management questions<br><br></li></ul>
Our expectations
<ul><li>Business administration education (university, university of applied sciences) or finance specialist certificate</li><li>Several years of professional experience in controlling (especially in cost accounting)</li><li>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required</li><li>High IT affinity and interest in the further development of BI solutions</li><li>Ideally, you have already worked with an ERP solution such as Microsoft Dynamics 365</li><li>Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration</li><li>Willingness to independently identify challenges and develop solution approaches<br><br></li></ul>
