Pro Senectute Thurgau offers various courses in the field of health for people aged 55 and over throughout the canton. Are you a motivated person who would like to teach one or more lessons weekly?

Requirements:

• Completed training in a holistic movement system, e.g.: Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, back school or alternatively: comparable qualification with proven experience in leading health-oriented movement courses
• Ability to individually adapt exercises (e.g., to different age and fitness levels)
• Enjoyment in meeting and working with older people
• Motivated and committed work attitude
• Reliable and responsible personality
