The city of Aarau, as a forward-looking and modern employer, relies on motivated trainees.
In the Roggenhausen Wildlife Park, we offer an apprenticeship starting in 2026.
The training to become an animal caretaker EFZ lasts three years. In addition to caring for the animals, you will learn to manage the park and its infrastructure during your training period.
Vocational school classes take place in Olten.
You have already completed a training program and have grown up in a nature-oriented environment with animals or on a farm, or you are a career changer with an agricultural or horticultural background. You bring flair and joy for the sensitive handling and care of animals and are aware of the physical work outdoors year-round. Working on holidays and weekends is not a problem for you.
We offer an interesting, varied apprenticeship with fair working conditions.
We look forward to your application. Your questions will be gladly answered by Marco Mazzotti and Alessandra Schwarb, wildlife caretakers at wildpark.roggenhausen@aarau.ch or by phone at 076 435 34 05.
