What you achieve
- You take responsibility for the professional application of the RAI NH instrument.
- You ensure that all codings are correct and comprehensible, always based on carefully maintained nursing documentation.
- You identify optimization potentials and specifically implement measures to further develop processes efficiently, economically, and quality-oriented.
- You support the teams practically with questions about RAI NH.
- You conduct internal training sessions and ensure that new employees are introduced safely and competently to the application of RAI NH.
- With your commitment, you ensure that the RAI NH classifications are not only professionally sound but also play a key role in our company's success.
- You are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for audits.
- Depending on your employment wishes, you take on additional tasks.

What distinguishes you
- You have completed training in nursing (tertiary level), several years of professional experience in everyday nursing, and a qualification as a RAI expert.
- Ideally, you have good knowledge in the area of RAI-HC.
- You think quality-conscious and economically and want to actively shape the nursing process as well as the company's success with your expertise.
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, even in demanding situations.
- You enjoy passing on your knowledge and professionally supporting the teams in training, introductions, and everyday life.
- You are team-oriented, communicative, and open to appreciative collaboration on equal footing.
- You find it easy to work with digital tools.
