- Speak English and/or a second language
- Welcome customers, contribute to their loyalty through warm relationships and ensure a permanent quality of service
- Anticipate and manage any situation to guarantee customer satisfaction and experience
- Register, track reservations and ensure optimal control of bookings
- Have a sales mindset to optimize revenue
- Ensure the application of internal audit procedures for securing revenue (billing and payments)
