Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a service technician, you are responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of heat pumps at our customers' premises

• You carry out regular inspections and functional tests on heat pump systems

• You analyse faults and errors and resolve them quickly and reliably

• You commission new heat pumps and instruct customers in their operation

• You document your work and prepare service reports

• You advise customers on technical questions regarding their heat pump system

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training as a plant mechanic, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician or a comparable technical qualification

• You have experience with heat pumps

• You possess manual dexterity and technical understanding

• You work independently, in a structured manner and customer-oriented

• You hold a category B driving licence

• You are flexible and enjoy working in the field
