The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative day nurseries.
Team Leader Nursery 60%
The Brühlgut Foundation has been committed to the integration of people with disabilities into society for over 30 years. The offer for children includes three uniquely integratively managed day nurseries in the Winterthur region. For the management of our Spielpark nursery, we are looking for a site manager from 1 September or by arrangement.
HOW?
- You are responsible for the operational, personnel and educational management of the nursery with a total of 24 care places, as well as participating in direct care.
- You are responsible for a respectful, friendly and professional working atmosphere.
- You collaborate with the various locations.
- You are responsible for the implementation and further development of the educational concept.
- You are responsible for the training of apprentices.
- You assist in quality development and assurance.
- You ensure cooperation and maintain contact with parents as well as internal specialist departments.
WHY YOU?
- Because you have completed training as a FaBe child specialist or an equivalent recognised qualification, further training as a team leader, or the motivation and resources to complete this further training.
- Because you ideally already have professional experience as a team leader or deputy team leader.

- Because you are an organisational talent with pronounced communication skills.
