To strengthen our teams, we are offering a position for:
Operational Security Specialist 80-100%
Your main tasks
- Implement security methods and tools adapted to the bank's needs.
- Manage logical and physical operational accesses (identity management, entries, exits and transfers, access control)
- Participate in defining and controlling access management
- Provide user support for accesses (Information Systems and buildings)
- Manage security incidents at the 1st and 2nd level support.
- Develop, monitor, and update performance indicators and security dashboards.
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma in a technical field (IT specialist, media technician or equivalent)
- Proven experience in IT systems administration of at least 4 years
- Native French speaker with a minimum B2 level in English. German (B1-B2) is an asset
- Proven experience in project management and execution
Your professional skills
- Mastery of IT systems such as Excel, Microsoft Office, and JIRA
- Ability to independently lead projects for the service (project certification is an asset)

- You have good stress management skills and can work under tight deadlines
- You act with a high sense of confidentiality in all your actions
- You naturally collaborate with teams and your communication skills are appreciated
