What you can achieve:
- You ensure the smooth operation of our technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.) in several properties.
- You lead, accompany, and monitor projects in the field of technical building management.
- You coordinate and resolve malfunctions – also outside regular working hours as part of the on-call service.
- You ensure optimal system operation regarding consumption and emission values.
- You plan and organize inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
- You work closely with internal and external partners and coordinate their deployments.
- You analyze malfunctions, perform initial interventions, and ensure sustainable solutions.
Why you will succeed:
- You have completed a basic technical education (e.g., electrician, HVAC).
- You have further training as a Technical Salesman with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification.
- You bring professional experience in a similar role.
- You have solid knowledge in handling technical systems as well as in measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR).
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
- You are willing to work on-call and have a high level of commitment.
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as solid IT user knowledge.
- You hold a category B driving license and are mobile.
