• You organize, coordinate, and conduct clinical studies and research projects (IIT & SIT) according to Good Clinical Practice in collaboration with the medical project leaders.
• You are involved in the preparation of study protocols and other study documents according to applicable rules for submission to authorities (e.g., ethics committee, Swissmedic).
• You plan and prepare research projects in the clinics, including organization within the framework of initiation visits and staff training.
• You are the direct contact person for your studies and offer and support patients during visits.
• You take responsibility for documenting data collected within the research projects.
• You check the quality of research projects.

• You have practical experience in the design, submission, and supervision of clinical studies and research projects and bring monitoring experience.
• You have completed training or studies in the field of healthcare or natural sciences and, ideally, further training in clinical research (e.g., CAS Clinical Trial Management).
• You are familiar with the legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements for conducting clinical studies and research projects.
• You are familiar with various databases and can use them for data security.
• Transparent, clear communication and successful interprofessional collaboration are natural to you, as well as conversational skills and negotiation ability.
• You master German and English in spoken and written form and have good MS Office user skills.
