• You actively shape the strategic cost control of AXA Switzerland and position our Cost Management as a central lever for value enhancement and the implementation of the corporate strategy.
• You develop and optimize strategic budgeting and forecasting processes, anchoring a forward-looking control logic in close collaboration with various stakeholders.
• You always keep an eye on cost developments, analyze deviations, and derive clear, implementation-oriented recommendations for management to support the strategic financial plan. In addition, you act as a sparring partner on equal footing and advise decentralized department controllers as well as business stakeholders both in daily operations and in identifying and realizing strategically relevant savings potentials.
• You ensure transparent and target-group-appropriate cost reporting at the group management level and convincingly present management insights in quarterly closings, forecasts, and planning cycles.
• You act as a Finance Business Partner for strategic investments, evaluate business cases, and ensure the financial viability of initiatives.
• You drive the further development and automation of our cost processes by initiating impulses for efficiency and innovation and taking responsibility for corresponding projects.

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, economics, or a comparable qualification; an advanced degree (e.g., Master, MBA, CFA) is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in a senior role in financial steering and/or in an analytically and strategically oriented environment (e.g., strategy consulting).
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to quickly understand complex issues and translate them into clear, decision-relevant recommendations for management.
• Proactive and solution-oriented personality with strong team spirit and high initiative, ready to take responsibility for work packages – from hypothesis formation through analysis to implementation.
• Structured and pragmatic working style with the ability to provide orientation and make decisions even in ambiguous and complex situations.
• Very good communication skills and confident appearance towards different stakeholders – from operational teams to top management.
