The psychiatry team cares for and supports people throughout the entire catchment area of Spitex Niesen. To complement the team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Psychiatric Nurse HF 50-90%
independent deployment planning, no weekends

Your tasks

• You work directly in psychiatric care, conduct needs assessments, and create care plans
• You are responsible for the care process with your clients (case management)
• You support our clients and their relatives in crisis situations, during the reintegration process, and in coping with everyday life
• You collaborate with doctors and clinics and coordinate internal and external services as needed

Our expectations

• You have a tertiary nursing education and professional experience in psychiatry
• You place great value on the autonomy and quality of life of clients and recognize, promote, and strengthen their resources
• You enjoy working independently and are characterized by good work organization, resilience, and high social competence
• You are motivated to contribute to the further development of psychiatric care
• You have good PC skills, hold a category B driving license, and have your own vehicle
