Psychologist / Social Worker
Professional Integration | Lucerne | 80% | from 01.06.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Execution and responsibility for orders from IV offices for integration measures, professional measures, and job coaching
- Case management with organization and coaching of integration measures
- Leadership and support of clients
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialist offices (IV, legal guardians, therapists, social services, relatives, and internal specialists)
- Acquisition of new companies / maintenance of existing contacts for internships
- Visits to clients at external workplaces
- Project work and administrative tasks (writing reports)
Your profile
- Degree in Psychology or Social Work
- Further training in Supported Employment, Job Coaching, or Work Integration
- Extensive social insurance knowledge (especially IV) and knowledge of the Swiss education system
- Experience in dealing with people with mental disabilities
- Enjoyment of a hub function with contacts to various stakeholders
- Experience in coaching and enjoyment in advising and moderating
- Communication flair with winning empathy in working with people
- High skills in self-organization, great flexibility, and joy in shaping
