• You develop and test applications in the area of underwriting collective personal insurance together with the IT organization.
• You continuously define and manage the product and underwriting processes together with product management. You significantly contribute to advancing and expanding these processes from a cross-functional perspective.
• Together with underwriting, IT, distribution, and pricing, you participate in various projects and are involved in revising our products or introducing new tariffs.
• You ensure qualified specialist support for our regional underwriting.
• You share responsibility for the further development of the specialist department.

• You have completed commercial basic training as well as further education in business administration or business analysis (advantageous).
• You have experience in collective personal insurance and are willing to deepen your expertise in this area.
• You are a communicative and proactive personality who enjoys working in teams and project groups.
• Thanks to your mindset, you understand processes and contexts logically and holistically.
• You have a quick grasp and a solution-oriented working style.
• You like to think analytically and describe your working style as solution-oriented.
• You have experience with IT applications, for example in application management or business analysis.
• You have confident German language skills. Knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
