Head of Internal Sales Service 80-100% (m/f/d)
for our location in Meilen.
Your main tasks include
- Personnel and professional leadership of the sales service and telephone switchboard team (9 people)
- Ensuring optimal interface management with internal and external contacts such as field service, dispatch, and customers
- Development and expansion of service and sales processes to optimize quality and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the customer portal and CRM
- Processing of offers, disposal certificates, and concepts
- Ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordination and support of administrative tasks for the entire sales department, such as creating and maintaining statistics, information letters, customer gifts, etc.
- Supporting the Head of Sales & Marketing in general project tasks
- Coordination of all deployments and preparations of our food truck
- Planning and supporting customer events and activities
- Supervision and follow-up of all activities in webshop sales
- Monitoring of container and bin controls
We expect from you
- Commercial or equivalent education with business management further training
- Leadership experience
- High customer orientation and implementation strength
- Analytical and conceptual skills combined with strong communication skills
- Very good MS Office skills and high IT affinity
- Very good, fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
- French and English skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
- Resident in the region
