What is my role?

• You lead a small team both professionally and personally, because both matter

• You have an overview of complex assembly production and keep track of everything

• You ensure production runs smoothly: right quantity, top quality, on time and within budget

• You plan capacities and implement them - without chaos, with system

• You distribute tasks cleverly and lead your team in production and rework

• You keep an eye on quality requirements, ensuring they not only exist but are also adhered to

• You improve processes because "we've always done it this way" is not an option

• You implement what operations and production management specify - pragmatically and purposefully

• Order and cleanliness in your department? Your responsibility, your standard

• You check the incoming goods of painted parts - before nasty surprises happen

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training or bring solid practical experience from assembly and production - the main thing is you know how the place runs

• Manual skills? A huge advantage

• You are physically fit, flexible like a rubber band, reliable like Swiss clockwork and you get stuck in rather than just talk

• Your imagination works perfectly: you think in networks, work independently and manage the curve - efficiently, not complicatedly

• You can handle a PC without immediately calling the IT hotline

• German spoken and written? No problem for you

• Hectic situations don’t bother you - you stay calm even when things get tough
