The Customer Service department is responsible for invoicing and sending bills for electricity, natural gas, water, wastewater and refuse for the municipalities of Zollikon, Küsnacht and Erlenbach. The team is available to answer any questions related to these invoices. If there are changes to the billing, payment method or if you are planning a move, please contact us in advance by telephone or e-mail so that we can implement the change in a timely manner.

The Electricity department is responsible for supplying the three municipalities with electrical energy.

This includes the construction, operation and maintenance of all low-voltage and medium-voltage systems and networks, as well as the operation of public lighting on behalf of the municipalities. Other tasks include monitoring safety certificates and periodic inspections of electrical installations according to NIV (Low Voltage Installation Ordinance) and processing connection applications.

The Water and Heat department is responsible for supplying the three municipalities with drinking water, gas and district heating. This includes the construction, operation and maintenance of transport and distribution pipelines, water and heating systems, as well as the operation of the lake water plant on behalf of the municipalities.

Other tasks include monitoring the customer-appropriate control and metering supply of gas and water installations and processing connection applications.

We ensure that you are reliably supplied with impeccable drinking water, gas and district heating and offer a 24-hour on-call service that can respond quickly to faults in our systems.

To provide our customers with an optimal offer, Werke am Zürichsee AG and GGA Maur share the tasks as follows:

Werke am Zürichsee AG operates the network infrastructure in Küsnacht up to and including the house transfer station and provides the basic offer for internet, TV/radio as well as the connection for fixed-line telephony.

GGA Maur feeds the image and sound signals into the digital network required for watching television and listening to the radio. GGA Maur also offers a wide range of products and numerous options for internet, television and telephony that can be individually selected and expanded. Werke am Zürichsee AG also operates its own fibre optic network and FTTH or Dark Fibre can be requested from us.

The Geoinformatics team manages all utility line data of Werke am Zürichsee AG. The team surveys all utility lines installed by Werke am Zürichsee AG. The utility line surveys are then documented in a geographic information system (GIS). The updated utility lines are made available to internal and external customers in the desired format, such as utility plans, overview plans, digital as DXF or also in Excel.
