What is my role?

Our client is looking for a machine operator for the packaging department. This responsible role involves independently setting up, operating, and monitoring modern filling and packaging machines, as well as fulfilling production orders on time, with quality, and in the correct quantities. You will troubleshoot machine faults and be responsible for cleaning and maintenance tasks on the assigned production equipment. Additionally, you adhere to legal regulations and help ensure safety, cleanliness, and order in the department.

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training and/or have several years of professional experience as a machine operator, preferably in the food industry. Besides your very good German language skills, both spoken and written, your strengths include independence, organisational talent, reliability, resilience, and teamwork. As the role is physically demanding, you need good physical robustness. Mobility and your willingness to work a 3-shift system complete your profile.
