Overview of tasks
- Overall responsibility for the establishment and further development of a group-wide performance management system for the sustainable management of the corporate group.
- Management of the group-wide Data Cube programme including planning, prioritisation, budget and stakeholder management as well as reporting to the steering committee and sponsors.
- Definition, harmonisation and further development of KPIs and value drivers together with the companies and business units.
- Introduction and moderation of a structured Monthly Business Review (MBR) process with the management of the companies.
- Identification of performance potentials, best practices and efficiency improvements across countries and companies as well as follow-up of agreed measures.
- Professional management of the further development of reporting, analysis and dashboard solutions in cooperation with the data and BI team.
- Support of corporate management in strategic decisions through data-based analyses, scenarios and recommendations for action.
- Management of internal specialist departments as well as external partners and ensuring targeted implementation of projects and initiatives.
Profile requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, finance, data analytics or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in performance management, corporate controlling, business intelligence, corporate development or consulting.
- Proven experience in building and further developing KPI systems, management reporting and data-driven control models.
- Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for action.
- Confident handling of modern business intelligence solutions (e.g. Power BI).
- Experience in leading cross-departmental projects and change initiatives.
- High degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness and strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels.
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to coordinate different interests and actively drive change.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
