Senior Legal Advisor Licenses for Larger Banks and Market Entries (m/f/d)

• Independent management of a personal portfolio of larger banks and securities firms as well as the corresponding licensing-specific daily business (especially organizational changes, adjustments of regulations, restructurings, and market exits)
• Accompanying exciting licensing projects and independently conducting new licensing procedures for banks and securities firms
• Regular external contact with project initiators, institutions, legal representatives, and auditing companies
• Examination of interesting legal questions related to corporate governance as well as the subjection of traditional and blockchain-based companies
• Close collaboration with the supervisory areas and cross-sectional functions of FINMA

• Completed law degree with Swiss attorney license, additional training (e.g., dissertation or LL.M.) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of operational and legal requirements of a bank organization
• At least 5 years of experience in financial market law through work at a bank, auditing company, or larger law firm
• Excellent analytical and communication skills as well as a competent appearance towards internal and external stakeholders at management level
• Very good German (C2) and good English skills (C1)
