• Planning and coordinating building services engineering projects for new builds and renovations

• Client representation for building services engineering in new construction projects

• Maintaining, managing and modernising various building services systems

• Recording and maintaining plant and building documentation

• Optimisation in the area of building services systems

• Monitoring consumption indicators

• Monitoring economic efficiency and preservation of infrastructure value

What do I need to be successful?

• Enthusiasm for building services engineering

• Training in electrical engineering or HVAC

• Further education as an engineer, HF technician or similar desirable

• Experience in building automation and project management

• Very good IT user skills

• Good eye for process interrelations as well as networked, analytical thinking

• Team player
