Around 120 employees and trainees ensure the well-being of the elderly at the Sandbühl retirement center as well as in two different nursing apartments and in assisted living at Bachstrasse and Mühleacker.

For our team at the Sandbühl retirement center, we are looking for a motivated

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 80 - 100 % starting September 1, 2025

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for the implementation and design of nursing diagnostic processes
• Taking over daily and house responsibility (only in early and late shifts, no night shifts)
• Professional responsibility and care according to the principles of palliative care
• Guidance and support of the nursing team
• Care of relatives and network partners

Your profile

• Completed training as a nursing specialist at HF, DN1, DN2 level
• Professional experience in the field of dementia and palliative care
• Experience with RAI and EasyDok
• Personality with high empathy and good social skills
• Independent, reliable, and professional working style
