The Aebi Schmidt Group is looking for a Service Technician 80-100% (Solothurn-Basel Region or Bern Region) for Customer Service Switzerland

Your tasks:

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the technical service of our machines in the Solothurn–Basel region directly at our customers’ sites:

• Professional repair, maintenance, and service work on machines of the Schmidt brands (sweepers, winter service equipment) and Aebi (agricultural machinery)
• Technical advice to our customers as well as conducting instructions and training
• Participation in demonstrations, presentations, and machine introductions (occasionally)
• You start your assignments directly from your place of residence in the region. For this, we provide you with a modernly equipped service vehicle
• If necessary, you also carry out repairs in our workshop in Burgdorf

Your background:

• Completed apprenticeship as an agricultural, construction machinery or truck mechanic, mechatronics technician, or vehicle electrician
• Good expertise in hydraulics and vehicle electrics
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• Communicative personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as flexibility and willingness to travel
• Residence along the Solothurn – Basel axis or in the Bern region
• Driving licence category B
